Rock the House 2018...


We Rocked the House once again this year to raise funds for the SoR scholarship fund and the OPRHC and we added a special speakeasy twist to the event. For an added donation quests could enter the speakeasy for a mixed drink and food pairing experience. My bestie, Aim, tricked out the space and I provided the food pairings for a duo of super fun cocktails.



 Porchetta Style Roulade with Apple Butter, Pickled Squash, Sage Soil. Pumpernickel Crumble, Marigold and Hibiscus. Folks enjoyed this bad boy this with a rosemary old fashioned in the Speakeasy! 

Another dish to pair with a Ginger Collins in the speakeasy: Matcha noodles, ahi tuna poke, cucumber, dragon fruit, mango, coconut, orchid, yuzu tobiko and tangerine lace.
And of course a boatload of tenny-tiny cheesecake jars.
