Cassoulet at Home...
















Our annual cassoulet dinner is one of my favorite nights of the year. I spend days making the cassoulet and baking bread, Leif sources the French wines and beers, and friends bring the salad and dessert. I make the dining room as pretty as possible and we all settle in for a dreamy French-country inspired meal. Delicious in every way.
