Volume Production...


Anyone who knows me probably knows how I feel about making dessert...not my favorite thing to do or eat for that matter.  This week I got myself into a situation that required me to make 225   teeny-tiny desserts.  I oped to go serve a savory sweet cheesecake in one ounce jars and I have to say they are just delicious.  The cream filling features Three Queens Maple Syrup, while the base is a salty sweet pretzel-cookie dust.  The whole thing is brought together by a sweet-tart cranberry, rosemary  and cider compote. Autumn is just delicious!
