Conquering Chicago...

Propelled by trains, boats, buses, a Ferris Wheel, and thirteen pairs of feet...Elise and Company took Chicago by storm today!  Seriously, we left the house at 10am and didn't get home until nearly 7pm.  We rode the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier...

...got a little signage reminder that we are caring for a gorgeous girl who is more than 4000 miles from home...

...and let her look up as much as she wanted to.
We discoverd Chicago's water taxi service.  It only took 20 years and $7.00 to realize how magical they are!
From left to right...Germany, France, USA
The tallest buildings led to the the smallest dumplings...

...and very full bellies in China Town.

We finished the day at Millenium Park...
...and returned home exhausted and happy.
Loving our friendships that feel like family.
Thanks to Ang, Brian, Hud, Cole and Mo
Aim, Graham, Sophie, Gracie
Leif, Finn, and Elise...
this was one of the best days ever!
