I am in love with this little appetizer I created for an event I am a part of tomorrow.  One of the honored guests adores Brussels sprouts and I wanted to be sure they made an appearance on the menu.  I hope she enjoys my "Sprouts Two Ways."  They feature a honey balsamic soaked fried Brussels sprout, blanched sprout leaves and whole grain mustard.  They are quite a surprising little treat!
