Bastille Day at the Careful Peach

If you have not stopped by the Careful Peach Boutique
for a "dash of the divine"you really should!

I absolutely love The Peach for many reasons (read here and here)! Shop owner and friend, Karen Morava, embodies the artsy spirit of Oak Park better than most folks I know and her shop is filled with gorgeous items that make everyday feel like a special occasion!
Look at this stunning table I set with my French tablecloth from the Peach... So...here is your chance to experience The Careful Peach at it's best...

Bastille Day Celebration at the Careful Peach Boutique
July 11th, 2009
128 Harrison Street
11:00 am Poodle Parade
(Bring your Poodle or dog with that certain je ne sais quoi to the Peach at 10:30 for this 3rd annual parade...I think I may have to drag out Lucy's tiara. I am pretty sure she has all the pomp a poodle parade requires!)
12:00-4:00pm Live Music
(Don White and the French Jazz band Wailin will perform)
French Cheeses and Champagne will be available all day!

Shoppers will enjoy a 15% discount on all French merchandise and receive (of course) a free baguette with purchase!

Oh la la and tres bon!
Call Karen if you have questions about this special afternoon 383.3066 or email carefulpeach@sbcglobal.net
