Savasana

Yoga refers to a union between body, mind, and spirit.
My practice today was much needed, at times challenging and the resulting savasana was one of the best I've ever experienced.
There is something all together blissful about being still after an hour or so of such thoughtful and intentional movement...you lie there sinking into the floor...your mind oddly quiet as you absorb the benefits of class.
It was simply the highlight of my day.
