Part of my job is to provide the lunch...I am thrilled to report nothing in our by-laws state that is a requirement of a board co-president, but none-the-less I volunteered. Along with a green salad and fresh bread I am offering three soups: Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken, Roasted Tomato Basil, and Cream of Mushroom and Wild Rice.
I was even more delighted to have the three soups to show off my new dishes! I picked these beauties up at a boutique called form in Saint Joseph's, Michigan while on the trail for Obama. Each one of the rounds holds about 1/4 C of soup, but I have a million ideas as to how they could be used!
Oh...and BTW this is my 100th blog entry. Thanks A, this is too much fun!

Well, I'm up at the crack of dawn, and your site was the first "update" I checked out. I love it -- so thank you, too. I also have a milestone this week -- and I'll be blogging about it in a few day.
Congrats on your 100th blog entry!
Those soups sound so good, it almost makes me want to join the board!
And thanks again for the short ribs training - they truly were delicious.
