Dinner for Friends and Family

I offered to drop off dinner for a family in the neighborhood and even though I am a trained chef some days in the kitchen are better than others....and today was a good one.
Linguine with Pesto, Green Beans, Olives and Sun dried Tomato

Roman Style Chicken with Crisp Prosciutto and Sweet Peppers

Garlic and Parmesan Knot Rolls

I thought I might run out of creative energy before I cooked dinner for Leif and the kids...

but, thanks to some smoked pork chops from Shipshewana
our rustic family dinner turned out beautifully, too.
